Although we are mainly a visiting service caring for your pets in their own environment where they are most comfortable. We do understand that some people prefer to board their pets while they are away on that short break or their annual holiday. Therefore we also provide a Home Boarding Service as an alternative to large commercial boarding establishments.

We are fully licensed with Dudley MBC which ensures that the environment that your pets stay in meets all relevent standards and legislation.

Whilst larger boarding establishments offer an adequate service we believe that Home Boarding offers your pets the care and attention that they deserve and therefore gives you that extra peace of mind.

We take pleasure in welcoming your pets into our family and Bob our four year old Westie enjoys meeting them and making new friends too.

We can board most types of pet such as Dogs, Guinea Pigs, Gerbils, Hamsters, Mice, Reptiles and small domestic birds. With exception of rabbits (who will be housed in our hutch / run) all your pets will be boarded within the house not in a cold garage or outbuilding. For these types of animals we will only except two bookings * within the same time frame so we can ensure the best care and attention for your pet(s).

* Please note we can only board one dog at a time unless they are from the same family. In this case we are allowed two. This is to comply with the terms of our licence.

Dog boarding is our speciality and we believe that the service we offer is far superior to any kennel type environment.

We are a family of dog lovers and therefore know that makes your dog tick. Your dog will be walked with Bob our Westie a minimum of twice a day for an hour in one of the two country parks which are on our doorstep. Back at the ranch they will have the full run of the downstairs of our house and also have unrestricted access to our large secure garden. We know that plenty of fresh air and exercise is one of the secrets to having a content dog.

They will be involved in all aspects of our daily life and will become part of our family during their stay. From a quick walk to the shops to a family day trip (we always go to dog friendly locations) you can be assured that they will have our full attention.

During their stay we can also arrange for them to socialise and play with other dogs if thats what you require. Don't worry if you do not, the choice is yours.

All we ask of you is that you bring them for a familiarisation visit before we board them and supply their bedding so they feel at home.

Please note a condition of boarding any dog is that you must be able to provide their vacination certificate (which must stay with ourselves for the duration of their stay to comply with the terms of our licence)

Housesitting comes into its own when homboarding is not an option due to either your pet not being able to get on with other pets or the simple fact that your home is a modern day Noah's Ark. Whether it be a long weekend or your annual family holiday. As well as looking after your pets needs we can also provide you with a full menu of services for inside and outside the home.

Services available include:

• Full Domestic Cleaning Service - Ensures that you don't have to spoil the memories of that fantastic break by having to do chores as soon as you get home.^
• Lawns cut and edged / plants watered for you - Why spend your last day before returning to work slaving in the garden*
• Shopping for essentials - Returning late at night ? Don't worry about having to get supplies for the morning. We can do a shop for you the day before you return so everything is ready at hand.^
• Mail removed from your doorway / mailbox and put in a predetermined place for your attention when you return. +
• House plants watered +
  
• Opening and closing of curtains, setting of lights etc. Give people the impression that you are at home.

  As we would be providing an individual bespoke service, you will not find prices for this on our Tariffs page. Please ask us for a quote remembering that some of the services (marked +) are free and the others are at very reasonable rates.
